and welcome to the Relationship Science Centre.
hello
The Relationship Science Centre is a laboratory conducting research in the field of Social Psychology and Relationship Science at Centre College in Danville, KY. We investigate the intersection of the self and identity in romantic relationships. Our studies examine how close relationships and romantic processes affect, and are affected by, aspects of individuals' personalities and self-concept. Major areas of study include recovery from relationship breakup and romantic relationship trajectories. New lines of research will focus on the impacts of relationship events on physical health, as well as identity and commitment in LGBTQIA+ relationships.
Our focus.
The Relationship Science Centre is a quantitative research collaborative that contributes to academic literature and provides students with the unique opportunity to participate in novel work in Relationship Science.
